Ich bin Inke Heiland Künstlerin / Designerin in Holland. In 2002 habe ich mein Examen auf der Gerrit Rietveld Akademie (Kunstakademie) in Amsterdam gemacht (CV).
Die Tapetentiere hatte ich zuerst nur für das Kinderzimmers meines Sohnes entworfen. Ich war dann aber so zufrieden mit dem Resultat, dass ich eine kleine Kollektion in 2004 bei "Rietveld naar de beurs" in Amsterdam präsentierte. Das ist eine Verkaufsausstellung wo "Altstudenten" de Rietveldakademie, jährlich, neues Design präsentieren. Durch die vielen positiven Reaktionen und neuen Auftragen die ich bekam entschloss ich mich um das Konzept auszubreiten mit den Tapetenmöbeln. Dies alles ist auf dieser Seite zu sehen und zu bestellen.

Die Silhouetten werden in Handarbeit von original Vintage / Design Tapeten hergestellt. Darum sind alle Muster nur in einer begrenzten Anzahl erhältlich. Sie werden als praktische "do it yourself kit" verschick inclusive dem Kleister, einem Pinsel und einer ausführlichen Gebrauchs-/Klebe-anweisung (englisch / niederländisch).

Frequently asked questions:

On Picture X, there is a silhouette in a pattern I can’t find in the orderform. Can I still order that pattern?
We frequently use old wallpapers from the 60’s 70’s for the silhouettes. Therefore some patterns are very scarce and could be out of stock. If you cannot find the pattern in the orderform, the pattern is unfortunately out of stock.

Can I buy a whole roll of wallpaper X?
The wallpapers are not sold separately, because of the limited availability.

On which surfaces can the silhouettes be applied?
Each silhouette contains special adhesive. Please consult the manufacturer’s specifications.

Can I order the leaves of the tree separately?
Unfortunately that is not possible. In some cases however we make an exeption (if you have already ordered a tree, for instance).

I have received a silhouette, but the pattern differs a lot from what I saw on your website.
Due to variations in monitor color settings, there can be differences with the actual article. If you are definetely not satisfied with the colors, you can exchange the article for a different one. BE ADVISED: We can only accept undamaged and unopened articles!! The wallpaper on the outside of the tube is the paper that is used for the silhouette. If you have opened the package nevertheless, we cannot accept the article in exchange!

I have received a silhouette, but it is damaged!
All silhouettes are hand crafted, therefore errors during cutting (or shipping) may occur. Damaged goods may be exchanged without costs.
